What to include in your message
Name the product if you have one, and say what you are trying to solve. "Is 300 mg of ashwagandha in this formula equivalent to the 1,200 mg in that one?" gets a precise answer. "What is the best supplement?" gets a pointer to the Ingredients Guide.
Two details from you save a round trip. The product name and the question in one line usually does it, even with rough spelling. If the question is about an order, add the reference number. If it is about a comparison, tell us which two bottles you are holding.
If you are comparing natural supplements for men across two bottles, add the format too — capsule count and serving size are often what change the cost per day, not the headline ingredient.

The last one we answer carefully, and sometimes the honest reply is to ask a pharmacist.

Where to take an order question
SuplemenPria is an information resource rather than a shop, so most order questions go to the seller you bought from. If you are asking what is currently available and how ordering works, write to us and we will explain the options, including invoice, cash on delivery, and pickup where those apply. Have your reference number ready if you already placed something.

- Ingredient questions usually get an answer within one working day. Label comparisons take a little longer because we check the printed amounts first. Messages that arrive over a weekend are answered on the next working day. If a week passes without a reply, resend it, because that means something went wrong.

- If you spot an error in a product entry, send the product name and the detail that is wrong. Corrections go to the top of our queue and we credit the sender when we publish the fix. That includes reformulations, since brands change amounts without announcing it.

- We write in English and work from Bali, so replies arrive in English, generally during Indonesian business hours. If English is not your first language, send the question anyway and keep it short. A rough message is better than no message, and we can usually work out what is being asked.
